Faulty Connection Found and Fixed

A loose connection like this one was causing the electricity to trip randomly in a customer’s home. The fault was quickly identified: the loose cable had overheated, burning the insulation and damaging the top of the circuit breaker.

We replaced the circuit breaker and trimmed back the damaged cable before safely reterminating it. The customer has since reported no further issues.
