Building Control Approval

Building Control Certificate

Always use a Registered Electrician that can provide you with Building Control Approval and a Building Control Certificate for the following reasons.

A building control certificate formally certifies the property has been inspected and building works have been carried out in accordance with the building regulations.
If you don't get building regulations approval, you risk being fined and the potential demolition of the work. Additionally, it may affect your ability to sell the property in the future.
You are liable as the current homeowner regardless of who did the work. And if you are selling your home, you must disclose any lack of a building regulation compliance certificate, otherwise you will put yourself at risk of legal liability in the future for hiding it.

KH Electrical Pocklington is Registered with the NICEIC (The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) Reg No. D606499. We can Generate a Building Control Certificate for our work should it be required.

Remember, Always use a Registered Electrician that can provide you with Building Control Approval and a Building.
